The dishes are super freshly prepared very nicely garnished. Here the eye is definitely with. There are different chickens to eat, hurry to eat Madagascar with delicious sauce and fragrant rice. Vienna Backhendl super delicious juicy. Put the cook down. In beautiful weather you can enjoy the view of coffee and cakes on the terrace. The price performance ratio is justified here in all cases. Thanks for the delicious Sunday."

"Two of us dined on a Wednesday evening in the first week of September. The restaurant was busy but we had a reservation and were seated immediately. Our server spoke fluent English and explained the daily specials for which there was no English translation. We...ordered the special starter, a plate of fresh tomatoes with a buffalo mozzarella accompanied by a basil sorbet. For mains, we chose the fresh caught trout and char farmed locally at Wildbad Kreuth and asked for them to be roasted. The fish are served whole but our server offered to have them deboned in the kitchen which we quickly agreed to. Served with melted butter, lemon and parsley potatoes, one couldn't ask for more delicious freshwater fish. For dessert, we shared the mille feuille with figs and enjoyed the tender pastry and juicy figs. Our server helped us to select wines by the glass to accompany the starters and mains, an Italian pinot grigio and a French sauvignon blanc. The restaurant itself is fascinating with impressive wooden beam construction reflecting its former purpose as a farmhouse building perched on the mountainside above Bad Wiesse overlooking the Tergensee. The food was superb, reflecting genuine enthusiasm on the part of the owner and staff. We are only sorry to be spending one overnight in Tergensee!"

"I have eaten yesterday in the beautiful beer garden of restaurant delizia, surrounded by lemon trees, olive trees, roses and oleanders. on the menue was antipasti and spaghetti gaberoni, aqua pelegrino and then latte macciato. it was very tasty and typical Italian as I know it from italia. the service was very charming and I had a funny evening and laughed a lot. next door a river and a beautiful old fountain. a mediterane atmospähren in the middle of Bavaria! the family works as a team very well together and the restaurant and the beer garden is lovingly designed. I will definitely come back with my friends to leave me a few hours in Italian holiday mood. dolce vita!"

"After we have eaten in montelago for the third time, it will be time to write a few words: at our first and last visit we had a pizza and one to two drinks. the service was very friendly and accommodating and the ordered drinks stood after a few minutes on the table. also the waiting time until the food was standing on the table, went very fast. our pizzas were very good, I would like to say almost on a stage with our favorite Italian. also the backhendl and Caesars salad, at our second visit were very delicious. Extra wishes/changes were not a problem. the cappuccino can hold on my italian. the prices are quite ok for the tegernsee. if they still remember that the montelago warm kitchen offers from 12 o'clock to 21 o'clock 30, which nowadays is a rare thing in the tegernseer valley, it is worth 5 stars. we are happy to come back!"

"Awesome staff and a pizza to die for. They know what they do. Everything on the menu you can choose and won’t be disappointed. Today I went for a quick doppio espressi and felt very welcome even I did not consume more."
