"extremely bad service and no professionalism at all. they brought us the wrong order, they denied it and said that we placed the wrong order. while a solution had already been found with the waiter, the manager came to our table and instead of apologising. for the inconveniences came with an aggressive attitude and tell us that he does not believe us. all things had an unexpected irony and aggressive attitude. there was a lack of knowing about the English language and they were always speaking in German. When I asked about the bill, the manager came and asked me where I came from. "When we arrived a waitress, sarah came after 10 minutes to take our order. we didn't even have a menu. They gave us the menus and then we waited 20 minutes to get our order after the flag a few... times to eat and a teller was missing. the order has not been taken correctly. when we called sarah, she recognized us, but never came back to see us. we asked someone to help us who told us that he would not accept our order. at this point we were willing to go so that we asked to have our bill.
