"After the outdoor art show on the lawn, my partner and I gathered quite an appetite and decided on Aikou on the busy South Street in Morristown. Their menu is inspired by the promise of Asian fusion cuisine, such as Japanese, Thai, and Chinese foods. We don't know too much about sushi, but there are plenty from which to choose. The interior was huge and contemporary, and the tables were well-spaced. All patrons, including ourselves, sat outside on a warm spring afternoon, people-watching as we ate our meals. Here's the deal : It's a nice BYOB! Has great sushi roles and appetizers! Parking is tough. But the lot in the back of restaurant helps!

I ordered pad thai with shrimp take out. The dish had an assortment of ingredients but I liked the ample shrimp (5-6 were included) and the onions were particularly savory. There was a lot of liquid at the bottom of the food but overall it was good. The miso soup was ok (every miso is pretty much the same thing).

This place has gone down in quality. It 's been about 2 or so years since I 've been here. My husband and I were walking around town and we stopped in for lunch since I remember it being very enjoyable in the past. Tuna avocado roll was suspicious. Had a fishy flavor and did not taste fresh. It was also chewy? I 'm not sure if it was the seaweed/nori or the fish. We didn 't finish this as we were a little concerned. Chicken lettuce wraps were edible and fine, but lacked flavor and the chicken was very oily. Chicken lo mein looked like it was barely stir fried. The chicken was so pale in color as if it really wasn 't cooked. There are better Asian cuisines in town.
