Sehr guter Service vom Empfang, gute Erklärung für Unternehmungen. Sehr freundlicher Service beim Frühstück, tolles Frühstück mit einer grossen Auswahl und es war so richtig toll am Morgen mit Blick auf den See auf der Terrasse frühstücken zu können. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und freundlich bedient worden. Herzlichen Dank. We had a wonderful stay! Since our arrival at the hotel. Everything was perfect with a smile, and warmth and very professional. Our room was superb! (with the roses to order and in addition rose petals on the bed. A very nice surprise. A big thanks. The restaurant is up to our expectations. A delight! Picture perfect. The hotel is beautifully implemented. Lots of attention to detail. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful entrance area. The choice of colors and material perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly and highly motivated. Whether reception, SPA, room service or service. The restaurant with a view of the sea is unmistakable. The price is a bit higher but the quality is top notch. The fish was boned right at the table. Rooms facing the lake are also stunning. Modern, comfortable beds, balcony with views of Lago. Definitely: we will be back
