"I have read some of the negative reviews and I absolutely disagree with them. I always try to eat somewhere a few times before giving my true opinion and Kathy's County Kitchen has been amazing each time we have been there. My boys and husband who are very particular as to what and where they eat love eating here. My boys always ask if we can go there to eat. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have come to know a few of them (Emma, Morgan, and several others) they know their customers. The food is great and that's a lot for us since we do have eaters that are particular as to what they eat and we are from the south but this food is a little slice of Southern comfort. We have not yet ordered anything that we haven't loved. They never rush anyone and they take pride in every aspect of their service. If I could give more stars I would, but 5 stars is the most I'm able to give on a review. If you are in town I highly recommend stopping in and giving kathys a try."

"This is my first review, however, I feel the need to write this one. I have lived in Quakertown over 25 years, and in many other places for the other 30. I have never found a place with such consistent good food, good service, and the kind of personal attention from not only the staff but the owner, Sunday. I'll walk you through to give you an idea. It is a blast from the past to walk in the door, be greeted by first name basis and have your correct drinks sat down in front of you by amazing waitresses without even asking. Then comes the food, not only is the breakfast incredible, the prices are bar none. Two eggs to your liking, homefries and toast.. 99 cents! Most of the time we can't even finish our plate, and OMG the potatoes.. pillows of amazingness.. melt in your mouth slices of joy : The best cooked scrapple you'll ever have and don't get me started on the Pork roll. Moving on from breakfast is lunch, and this was new for us as we are breakfast people. The other day we ran late and decided to do lunch. Man, have we been missing out. A Gyro with Feta cheese and a Mushroom Swiss burger with fried onions, cooked to perfection and delicious. As I said we are Quakertown through and through and the Q Mart Gyro was the bar to beat. Well, that bar has been raised. This was hands down the best Gyro I ever had. Next to mention, the House salad. Fresh veggies, scrubbed clean, homemade Thousand Island dressing that is drool worthy, and a helping size that you can't even finish.. it's a meal in itself! So, in conclusion, I saved the best for last. The DESSERTS. Oh my goodness, the dessert. From the Cheesecake, to the Bread Pudding, to the Coconut Custard Pie with butter crust, all homemade by Sunday himself. You can't get get closer to heaven than that. As you can tell, we love this place. From the great waitresses, awesome food, and quaint and very clean environment of the restaurant, it's definitely worth a visit and you will soon be hooked like we are. A Gem hiding in plain sight... P.S. Try the Peanut butter chocolate ganache cheesecake... You won't be disappointed"

"I absolutely love Captain Bob's! The seafood is always fresh and tasty! They have cooked dishes, soups, appetizers, sides, broiled and fried platters, and cold seafood that you can prepare yourself. Fantastic selection of fresh seafood. Delicious prepared dishes. Cole slaw is exactly how I like it. Fries are always good, but eat them quick if you get take out they often get soft while in the take out container on the way home (moisture from cooked food)! I don't remember when this restaurant opened up, but I know it's been around since I was a kid. We used to get food from here once a week, and always looked forward to it. Quality has been consistent throughout the decades!!"

"We were in the city of NYC for a few nights. We ordered from a few local places, and our best experience was with Frank 's. We didn't know what was good, so we ordered some items in the first night. After a not so great experience that was ordered by a local diner for breakfast, we went back with Frank's in the second night. My children who are super picky have torn off the pizza and chicken fingers. The salads were fresh and delicious, and the portions were very generous. Hoagies also get a thumb. I was surprised that the Fried Shrimp Platter was basically popcorn shrimp, but my son ate it so that a thumb also gets. My daughter loved her spaghetti and meatballs. Overall delicious and comfortable."

"So first starters, the hostess was really nice! Our waitress was super chill and sweet! The food was amazing I got a Crab and Shrimp Melt w French fries. It was about $16 and my only discrepancy is, I wish there were more fries! Other than that it was soo delicious and satisfying ? As for the drink, I got Notre...Damn it was a citrus vodka, curosao, and lime juice. The garnish is a dried lemon wedge. That was $12 but good size drink, and perfect amount of alcohol. The atmosphere is historically accurate but with a nice modern dish selection. Very cool place! Definitely recommend!"
