"The food is excellent, unfortunately the service is bad. I was the only one there in the early afternoon (4 pm). The waiter took my order, brought my fine steak dinner. Then he disappeared. He never checked me. I knocked him down and asked for a glass of water (I had coffee with dinner). He gave me my check right away. I asked him for a dog bag that's the last thing I saw from him. I love the food and I will go back, but I will make sure that the person is waiting for me that I hope the service has improved."

Our Ridgecrest Mustang club had a celebration on Friday the 20th of October around 5pm- 530pm and we received excellent service, great food and drinks refilled without asking..there was approximately 15 of us enjoying our celebration. ..so kudos to Ale's Steakhouse Bar! Will definitely be back!
