"Andy's custard is great but for the life of me I can't understand why they have a walk up window that is closed while the drive-thru is open at night. I understand that most people in St. Louis drive but it's wild to me that I can't take a walk there on a Saturday night with my family and get some custard. They have the perfect spot for a walk up window too. It's baffling."
