"I saw this restaurant online and wanted to check it because it has great reviews. I don't think I'm back. I waited for 45 minutes to even be recognized. a few that went to me in 45 minutes was recognized and given me a drink. when I was about to leave someone who was flying up the server and let them know I was waiting for a long time. I wanted to dive, but after I wasn't even recognized or offered a drink during my waiting period, I decided to just get out. I ordered the reuben. I feel bad for the one server they had on the staff, but waiting for 45 minutes is an oversized. if this is waiting for so long on a Tuesday afternoon, I can only imagine that this is waiting for a busy night. the...

at the moment my absolute favorite location in milwaukee. the laundry board was amazing. the ambiente, service, eating, wein everything is a 10/10. I'm about to be regular.

beautiful space! during the happy hour and instead of drinks specialties you get a free “Aperitivo”. today was a chorizo quesadilla with salsa verde. I had a mojito that was freshly pudded together with the cevapcici caesar salat. can not wait to go back to try more menu items!

I had such a great experience at Aperitivo with a friend last month that I suggested it when we went to lunch with another couple. As before, we sat outside on a beautiful late summer afternoon. Oddly, they were out of iced tea, so I substituted a Peroni a great Italian beer I hadn't had since Sorrento. The others had soft drinks. We all had different sandwiches, which were delicious. The service was slow and spotty throughout the meal. I needed to go into the restaurant for drink refills because she ignored us that long. I also asked to hold the tomatoes on my sandwich, which didn't happen. This is a great place that could use better waitstaff.

"Thought this would be more interesting than it was; Oysters on the half shell were served at room temp not on ice... very old interior and unimaginative menu. It was OK we had fun anyway. The server seemed inexperienced but tried hard and that was appreciated. With all of the other area restaurants I'm not sure I'd go back, although we were there on a Monday and I understand they have a better vibe during busier nights."

"let me start from the moment I arrived, until the moment I went, I was treated so well by all the staff. this place has a deep feeling, and that was an experience you can get nowhere else. the host who took our beverage order donna was so incredibly friendly and up to the earth, it felt like making a new girlfriend. the waitress we had (I can't remember her names, but she had dark hair and a fan to make sure she wasn't heated over while serving that I thought was an incredible idea) was exceptional at point and friendly. she made sure we took care of every moment when she noticed something was running low on our table. we were so comfortable with her, we could talk about everything! she was amazing! they start at the bar where they can order a drink and plan their order. Once they have ordered their food, they close their tab at the bar and then they are moved to their edible for their meal. they get a radishes board that includes sweet, pickel, olive and paprika. it was a delicious start and is free with its meal along with brot and salat. my coworker and I ordered both a rib eye. we shared a side of creamy spinat and sparing (the side orders are more than enough to share I did not want my steak rare or medium rare, but in between, and the boil nailed it. the outside of my steaks was perfectly presumed with a delicious crust. the au jus was a bit salty for my pleasure, but it has improved the taste of the steaks. my steak was perfectly boiled where it melted in the mouth with little wall on chew. I almost cried, that was good. I was so incredibly impressed by all the experience, I will be more than happy to make sure that I have this restaurant every time I have to say to wisconsin (I am from ohio but travel to wi for the work the only thing I have to tell the owners are: bravo"
