I just ordered a couple of lunches and didn't get one of the burgers and picks we had ordered, so we called and went back to get it. the server that served us, said we do this once, but we can't do it again, everything was in her pocket when she called us a liar, she only swallowed one. I called the manager and she said the same. we are not dishonest people, and as a lousy to our faces, from two different empty ones, was absolutely unprofessional! I will not give these people another dimm! don't call me a lousy because you made a mistake!

I went to A&W and ordered a bunch of stuff. In descending order of enjoyment:Bacon cheese burger (American, Swiss American and provolone available). Went with Swiss and the burger was very good.Onion Rings were good.Large fries were fair.Grilled Chicken Club was poor. Giant thick chunk of chicken breast completely overwhelmed the rest of the sandwich.Crispy Chicken Club was poor and worse than the grilled. Extremely salty with again giant chunks.Coney Island Dog. Wow! One of the worst things I've ordered in my life. Two bites and I threw it away.I realize this is fast food but come on, I can go to 7-11 for better food.I would go back for the Bacon Cheese Burger (no cheese) and Onion Rings. T...

Great burgers and chicken around.They serve the great burgers that are known as the A and W. We have been going to this one for many years and have not changed the food. Still the great tasting burgers.Also try the chicken strips, they are great too.Try the onion rings they are great and fixed just rightMy wife loves the bacon cheese burger with fries.I like the papa burger with fries.
