"This place has a decent atmosphere. There are plenty of tvs, a decent amount of seating, and a nice bar area. The staff were kind of off-putting. Not really smiles all around. But they were nice when serving. They get a low raring for me for the food. The rice and beans were so bland. It was not seasoned at all. It just seems like some rice with a can of beans heated up and dumped on top. The tacos are somewhat creative but not memorable. They have a vegetarian version of a taco but no vegan options.
