José is a friendly guy, knowledgeable and an incredible chef and owner, he makes you feel totally welcome. I plan on being a regular, and loyal customer. Love this place! Wings are fantastic. There’s more than enough flavors. Always have some mob movie or show playing on the TV to go along with the Sopranos and Capone decor. The manager clearly is passionate about The Bing. Hope it stays forever prosperous
