"We've visited Baja Fresh for years. You have great chips and high-quality food. Until recently, their salsa bar was unsurpassed, but with Kovid there was no self-service. They always introduce new specials, and we love their Carnitas Burritos. The only negative I can think of is that they tend to overcook their meat, but they will cook to order if you give them certain instructions."

Consistent fresh food quality. Purposeful, customer-focused service. This place always seems clean, even the salsa bar which gets a lot of traffic but is diligently maintained by staff. Overall, this store inspires my confidence comfort because they maintain such high standards.

The only downside is that the cashier and general manager didn't bother to ask if I needed utensils or napkins until I came back into the place several minutes later. If this minor thing wasn't overlooked I would have given it 5 stars but it's getting 3.
