"I purchased tickets online for their ice bar this evening and when we arrived there were only a few people there (to be fair, it was 1 degree out . We checked in at the bar and the bartenders explained the process to us (1 complimentary drink per ticket, there is indoor porch seating as well as fire pits and cabanas with little fire pits in them that are “first come first serve” . We scanned the porch area which looked full, so we walked over to the cabanas, 1 one occupied and 2 were empty so we went and sat in one of them. We loved our stay here! So much history and interesting antiques. The staff was fantastic and dinner was amazing, along with live entertainment.

This place has changed hands over the years. They call themselves a restaurant, but they don't have a chef most of the time. The service is incredibly spotty, depending on the season. Everything is way overpriced. Avoid. There're better options in Lake Geneva.
