I should preface this by explaining that my sister and I are from a family where if our members don 't learn to cook, we 're basically ostracized. The 3 Birria Tacos were such a great surprise! Filled to the top with tender beef and melted Oaxaca cheese. Full of flavor and generous serving of consume. This was my first visit to a Bandido. Very impressed.
