"Although they do not offer a “whole wheat” crust, they do have a tasty, “gluten-free” crust made from polenta that is made from imported, non-genetically modified corn. The gluten-free is interesting, and distinctive – a nice find for people with dietary needs. Although this is a “semi-chain” restaurant, they are very limited, and very local. They offer individuality that the big chains just can’t do. You’re going to find thin-crust pizza made to order from mostly locally culled ingredients. The restaurant tries to be socially, and environmentally responsible, as well as politically correct, but I did find it odd that the owner would tell me this while wearing leather shoes made in a slave...
