Walked in to the cottonwood az location. N one said hello or even a be with you in a moment. Stood there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement of noticing our presence. Don't come here!

2 times I came here without service. First they close at 6 pm... not 9pm. 2nd time, we walked in.... no one helped us, noticed us, or anything. They only worked on drive thru orders. I just wanted a cappuccino blast, something I get once in a blue moon! I get needing employees! But don't offer walk in service if your not set up staff wise!!!
