I know it's convenient to the location, but I had to suddenly stop because they didn't top up my cup like they usually do.

I ordered a cake with strawberry ice cream specifically for my dog's birthday, as chocolate is bad for dogs and my dog is especially allergic due to her epilepsy. However, when we got the cake home for her birthday party, it turned out to be chocolate instead of strawberry. None of the dogs were able to enjoy the birthday cake. Thankfully, we had vanilla bean ice cream on hand for the party dogs. It may sound silly, but it was disappointing that the restaurant couldn't get such a simple order right. They had one job to do and they bombed it. Imagine if we all failed at our jobs like that.
