"We are visiting from Texas and got a great welcome from this sorry excuse for a resultant . Who ever owns this franchise should have it stripped away! We drove for 15 min to this location and they let some employees or friends in and then locked the doors! I then walked into the employee entrance on the front of the location and asked them why they locked the doors? The lady there said the store is closed and the drive through is only open, we are short staffed. I stood there and counted 11 people there in the store! I work close to this location so we have gone many times. I have finally given up on giving them chances. The manager is usually pretty friendly but the young girls are very rude and unprofessional. They are usually out of mint chocolate chip and make the shakes with as little ice cream and as much milk as they can. I have to many bad stories to list here but the franchise really needs to look into replacing staff.

today stopped and only 8 of them were marked, some of them are clearly wrong. it tried to ask for the special in the window, but no one knew what it was. I just wanted to try to get a taste, but the person behind the theke didn't know the smells because he came when she was already on camp. he was still a nice guy, but it was disappointing. we had problems with them to know what taste directions they have the last paintings we have gone. great place to go if you want to play ice cream roulette.
