"First the booth seat was shredded and gray duct taped somewhat together. Next it took 45 min to get our food because the kitchen printer never printed our order Sorry Third the ribs were not cooked thru and were pink at the bone and not safe to eat. I took them home and cooked for an hour in order to eat them the next day. Last the dishes were chipped and the silverware had rust on it. Just close the place. The menu has changed so much I didn 't even think we were at the right place."

"There needs to be some training on customer service here. ? The young lady who waited on us seemed uninterested. My husband had cold fries, went up to get curly fries instead. They were cold, also. When he went up a third time, they made fresh ones and interacted with the manager. She acted like it was an inconvenience for her to make my husband's experience a good one.This dining experience was not what I expected from Arby's. ?"

"If you order a Big Mac in Dallas Texas, Tupelo Mississippi, or Ronceverte, West Virginia it's going to be consistently identical. That's a good thing.McDonald's is consistent no matter where you go. I like things like that. They put the foot opening handle on the restroom doors so you don't have to handle the door with you hands. The only reason that I like a air hand dryer rather than paper towels is when you have the option to open the door with your foot. Many McDonald's have that but some still don't if you see a store that doesn't have the foot opening restroom doors you should mention it to the management."

"We were on our way home and stopped here to grab a bite to eat. We were looking for a pizza place and this one did not disappoint. The service was very friendly and helpful. "My wife had spaghetti; and I had the veal parmigiano. The meat sauce is homemade and very delicious! Our server was sweet and attentive. Both my wife and I enjoyed our meals. They need to update their decor. It still looks like a Mexican restaurant. I can't figure out why no one was there. I would definitely recommend this place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"
