"Visit 27.9.2016: The food was really good. However, the service left much to be desired. The responsible superior was short bound to quite unfriendly. It took a long time to get the menu. The execution of the order left nothing to be desired, in the quality and immediate completion. When we discussed the menu again to order another dessert, this process took a while. Despite multiple orders, this was not possible in 20 minutes. So when we dispensed with an order, the question was put back and forth in responsibility. An absolute unding. The good impression of food was absolutely destroyed! As soon as possible, I will no longer be seen as chairman of Monheimer SPD and the German tenant assoc...

Our double room was very nice, large shower and a super great bed. Breakfast and dinner were our department. The waiter and the breakfast fairy very attentive.

actually the location with the best Rhine view in Monheim. Unfortunately, the service has to do something else. After the second beer, the tablecloth was unfortunately completely wet, beer lid unfortunately did not exist in the evening. Shame!

We ate there yesterday in the wonderful weather. 1x Curryworst with Pommes Frites....was okay. 1x salad plate Baumberg......her bad, much salad, too much dressing, so the salad came quite muddy. Honey mustard dressing had too much dill. When we got the bill, we almost fell off the chair. For food and 2 glasses of water we paid 27.40 euros. Differences too expensive....a mineral water costs 3.90 euros. Hello? Are you okay? At these prices I do not predict success....
