I went to this place JUST to buy pretzels. Didn't do any shopping. We need more Ben's Pretzel locations, especially in the Lansing area. Thanks again Melissa."

We stop in here about once a month… as it’s a good bit out of our way. Everything has always been great. The pretzels are delicious the owners are extremely friendly (even when crazy busy). I don’t have a single complaint and suggest the Dutch almond pretzels bites.

Manager or worker, name was Keith. Extremely rude when I went to order a pretzel. Tried to use my rewards points and he seemed unaware on how to redeem those. I had to walk him through the process. When points werent working he processed to yell at me and said “take the pretzel and get out of my store.” Very rude, will not be coming back.
