"I REALLY enjoyed this place and service from the one time I went there BUT have they ever been opened the past 4 times I’ve stopped by DURING their weekend operating hours? NO. Do they ever answer their phone? NO. I’m just trying to make sense of how a place is never open and never responsive. Like I said, food is great. Chef Kelly is wonderful however I have no desire to further waste my time, gas and energy trying to see if they are open or not. They would’ve and could’ve had a loyal customer out of me, and my referrals to friends and family but I guess I’ll spend my money at other places that are open/update their hours and website, or put a sign up on the store OR at least pick up the p...

Had the pleasure of visiting Bettie Lou’s this weekend. The food was amazing. Very flavorful and delicious. Don’t pass on the soul rolls. ??Great vibes! Service was on par!

About a 50 minute wait. The flavor of the soul rolls was all from the yams, chicken was crispy needed hot sauce. The salmon croquettes were burnt. Greens were underwhelming.

Chef Kelley is amazing, her food is always made with love and it truly shows! I consistently come back for her fresh j chicken, Mac and cheese, yams and rice and beans and they are the best soul food I have ever had. The family is just so sweet and are the most incredible people. You will leave happy and full every time!
