"food came instead of the communicated 70 minutes after only 3 hours. after 1.5 h there in 15 minutes, but always the message that the driver jumps on what might be wrong. When they called, they didn't go to the phone anymore. we called 5x and had to take a new number each time. on the last phone call, where we were hungry and wanted to ask again, was simply put on the other end and went no longer to the phone! the food was no longer warm, but nevertheless good. we have not even been offered a discount or similar! If no feedback has been received, we will no longer order there!"
