"Love, love, love this place! Amazing food and great beverages. I would suggest that they give out napkins with every sandwich because I do find myself always needing one. And I've also had some pretty unfortunate experiences there with them missing items on my bagels or not spreading the cream cheese on both sides when asked... so my tip would be to put more love and pleasure into your service and really listen to what people are ordering. Things have been getting better lately though and this will forever be my favorite place for coffee."

Really great alternative to larger chain coffee shops. Great tasting coffee and I love that they have specific options for children. Next time I want to try one of their bagels, they sound delicious!
