"We had a tea party here for my daughter's 5th birthday party. We borrowed the whole place on a Sunday afternoon. Everything was perfect! It's such a sweet place! I had them eating something. The food is wonderful and they are so friendly and helpful! They even let us borrow teacups, saucers and plates and some decorations. Thanks Billy Goat Cafe for her birthday special! I highly recommend this place!"
