"Love BJ's great food, great service but the Rewards Program is an absolute joke! The waitstaff is great but they fail strongly on follow through making sure the proper credit is given and most of the time no credit is given at all whatsoever and it is frustrating trying to do it yourself online without constantly getting ERROR 404 or having to call the Manager at the store and being told they will address it and console the employees and they never do or they don't care to. I wrote Corporate this time after paying a $177.24 bill last night and getting no points applied at all."
