"Service is extremely slow. The quality is less than other burger joints in The area. When you can't compete with McDonald's for quality something is wrong. The staff isn't very quick with orders and running orders out to cars slows the process down more than it helps. They're already short staffed but somehow the reasoning behind running food to cars one by one makes more sense than using the drive through properly. Simple fact. Burger was good, chicken was okay, the girl taking our order had the personality of plastic... Left a lot to be desired. Very little people skills. Not sure what I expect from fast food, though!

Walked into a terrible smell. The floors are dirty. They don't have high chairs for small children. Seasoned fries were soggy. Ordered my burger without cheese and it came with cheese. No ice in the ice machine. Now I know why I haven't been coming here much since it opened. Oh, food all over kitchen floor visible from the order counter.

RANCID CHILI!! ZERO STARS!! The family and I were really excited to try this place. Ordered a burger meal, chicken sandwich, a frito pie and pumpkin pie shake for dine in. Food was brought out in to-go bags, no Fritos, no shake. I went to the register to ask about shake and was told they were making it fresh and it would be out in a little bit.
