They have a vegan section on their menu, and all of the options are imaginative, which is often a rarity at restaurants that serve primarily meat. My favorites are the cowgirl, Eden, and Thai hippie rolls. Portions are very reasonable and easy to share!"

I was very surprised by the amount of vegan options they have, is not only gurke and avocado roll, they have very beautiful and creative vegan recipes. I love it!

if I could give it to everyone I would. so friendly staff. a large selection of vegan appetizers and a huge vegan sushi menu. has the tomato tunes and the eggplant apple. so delicious and such a nice friendly staff. can't be high enough

Not a sushi fan but I enjoy blue!! They have a whole section of vegetarian rolls and most of them are vegan, I want to say around 6 options at least?? Can’t remember exactly. Tasty too, def the best place in Lincoln for vegan sushi! You gotta try the cowgirl
