"I made a reservation for 11 people for dinner at this restaurant for my 40th birthday. Unfortunately, when we arrived, they did not have a table ready for us and could only offer two tables of 8, leaving 3 people without a place to sit. The waiter took a long time to take our drink orders, and even after asking multiple times for water for the table, the first glass brought over was spilled on two of us.
