"the ambiente is certainly not the attraction at this place- it looks like an exhaust restaurant. we have been bred to see that they serve on styrofoam so that if they take care of the environment, they will bring greener place settings of their own. Eating was decent, but we had much better Indians. the paratha was relatiw tough, instead of fluffy, the rice was on the dry side. the yellow lenses were beautiful with a hauch ingwer. the say panneer was ok with a lemony taste; I found the panneers overly chew and bland. it helps to know where to cross the cafe from the fau campus and in a hidden strip shopping center behind the cvs in glades and 13."

I had the best Indian food in South Florida at this restaurant! The atmosphere and service were excellent. I will definitely be bringing all my friends here.

so tasteful and beautiful level of flavor. clearly marked vegan menu and can be ordered via doordash and such! we have tons that eat later, and we are so happy about it.

definitiw a go out, and a tad on the expensive side, but eating is very good and the people who work there seem very nice. if they can try it for the 7-dollar lunch special, they will get the choice for different things and it includes dessert. it's a little hard to find if they don't know where it is, but if they found it, they need to get back problem.

"Decent at best. That’s all really. It is very noisy- by design. Look up and you’ll see why. The ceiling is designed to carry the noise from the bar throughout the restaurant. And honestly I don’t care to listen to the bumpin music they’re playing at the bar when we’re at our booth 50+ feet away. It is also very dim. Extremely poor lighting, according to our waitress (who was very nice) this is also by design because other diners have made comment about this too and she said she’s mentioned it and the feedback she gets is “it creates the ambience.” Yeah okay…… “ambience.” The food is decent at best. Caesar salad was pretty good. But what is up with the streak being doused in butter? There was a pool of butter on my plate around my steak. Is the lighting dim in the kitchen too? Can the chefs not see what they’re doing? All in all, New York Prime is not any better than Morton’s or The Capital Grille. In fact, we probably should have gone to one of those two. There’s nothing New York about this restaurant at all. After returning home we decided to check out New York Prime’s website and read their menu story about how “New York Prime is a different kind of steakhouse.” If you ever want a laugh, read that. You’ll tear up, it’s hilarious. Proprietors seem very full of themselves! Anyway, we were very unimpressed, will definitely not be returning."
