"It's not often I eat here, but my son and I decided to order for curbside pickup today. We were supposed to receive a text prior to our arrival so we could let them know we were outside, however, we got the text an hour after we got home. We wound up having to go inside to retrieve it. We ordered fried calamari as an app along with 2 entrees of Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos. The calamari was tasty except it was very soggy. The shrimp tacos were disgusting. Not only were they also soggy, but they were smothered in this spicy mayo sauce. So much sauce that it made the tacos messy, soggy and difficult to eat. I ordered two orders of blackend Baja Fish Tacos via DoorDash and when I received the order fish was nowhere near blackend, very dry and there was “hair” in one of the tacos. We got rid of the food. Bad experience.

Thank you Kim, our server for a great service recovery. My husband ordered soft shell crabs and was told that he got the last one. It is honestly not a big deal for us, we know that computer system is not perfect. Kim really made sure we got a great service tonight! We got a free dessert! Again, this is not necessary as we are not upset about the order but THANK YOU!
