"This is my MUST go to when we are at the lake of the ozarks. We always request our favorite waitress MIA! She is funny, caring and loves her job! She goes above and beyond to give her customers quality service. The food is outstanding!! Chef John always makes an appearance to all the customers to get pros and cons. This is someone that wants to make sure he is serving you the best food. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. You can come dressed up or casual. Either way you won’t be disappointed."

"This place is doing it right. Coconut shrimp appetizer was great. As stated in previous posts, Dean (owner) makes trips to the Big Easy to buy fresh gulf shrimp throughtout the year. It really comes through in the dishes. Do yourself a favor and get the maux choux as a side, absolutely delicious, and the grilled pecan pie for dessert. This was my first trip to LOTO, and we ate at Stewart's for breakfast and Baxters for another dinner. I didn't feel the need to write a review for them, but this place is special. I was skeptical at first, but Dean and his staff are trying to bring a piece of authentic Cajun cuisine to the area. This place is authentic down to the fact that they even stock Abita Rootbeer."

"Decided to try for the first time, Steakburger was great, onion rings nothing to flee and did not want to order again. Other reviews does not mention all their order, well they were right. Miss an order of cheese curds! Guess we should have taken her advice to check the order before we go. Very disappointed!"
