"Wow! We decided to try Brodys, although the name sounds like a surf snack on the beach and not a Mexican restaurant in Cedar City. I would say it's by far the best Mexican food I've ever had, and my wife, who's from Mexican decent, said the same. We're talking home everywhere. She had the Fajitas, I had the American Burrito and we shared the choir. The ducks were incredible, so good. The Churro, which we had only one place in Redondo Beach, which we had before Churros, was not only perfect, but surpassed this Churro Square that I had since my youth. Service was on site at More (her name) decor was fantastic....bravo to Brody's staff and family....I have already told a friend in Vegas about...

I enjoyed the Mocajete... it was incredible! I liked the salsa, although it seemed more like an oregano taste. Salsa's attempt was perfect for me. That was a great first impression and we will be back!

We thought it was interesting that the cook Goya Sazon Culantro y Achiote (Coriander and Annatto) used to dye the rice orange and used it in almost everything else. I love that they serve the Veggie Fajitas in a carved pineapple. The stands are in any case not soundproof, even if they are separated by wood--- You'll hear all the conversations behind you, but at least you won't see them.

Wonderful food. I found this place first through my work Catering street Tacos for an event. I was looking for a good Taco place and that's it. My wife ordered the Al Pastor-Fries and loved them. She's not easy to like when it comes to food. Of course I have the tacos back. But we'll be back soon to try the Molcajate and the Pineapple Fajitas. The owners are wonderful and actually came out to chat with us about their humble beginnings as food trucks and how far they have come. It meant a lot to us that they took this time just to share their passion and living hood with my wife and me!
