This restaurant has a retro vibe. It was very crowded, which in my opinion is a positive sign. They offer a wide variety of beer options, and although the menu wasn't extensive, it had enough choices and everything tasted great. The service was also excellent.

We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Cleveland and were pleasantly surprised by the homemade, delicious food. Unlike the typical chain restaurants, this place had a cozy atmosphere and incredible dishes. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. The grilled bark meat with honeycomb rings and sweet potato wedges were a steal at $10.95. The food was not only tasty but also beautifully presented and served hot. We highly recommend this place for a satisfying and affordable meal.

If you find yourself in Lamar, PA, or are traveling along I-80 for a while and need a place to grab a meal, I highly suggest checking out Browns Hill Tavern! Situated conveniently off the Lamar exit, this tavern is a great spot to stop for a drink and some food without having to venture too far off the main road. The drinks are strong and reasonably priced, and the menu looks delicious. Unfortunately, we missed out on trying the food as they stop serving at 8pm, and we arrived a bit late at 8:05pm.
