"I ordered the bisteck a lo macho, but it was incredibly spicy and had a terrible taste. There were no other options available on the menu, and I found it impossible to communicate with the staff, especially the manager. Despite informing them that I cannot eat spicy food, they did not try to address the situation. Additionally, the side of beans I ordered had an excessive amount of oil. The communication with the staff, particularly the person in charge, was difficult. Overall, this is the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. The service was terrible."

Upon entering the restaurant, we encountered an older man who was quite rude. All we did was inquire about possibly moving to a different table, but he responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. As a result, we decided to leave immediately.
