"I decided that I wanted to get a combo from the menu. I told my order as a #1 with cheese with NO Pickles and NO Onions, was sent out with pickles and onions on it anyway. Burger tasted 5 hours old, employee at drive thru can't take a customers order properly. If I was able to give a negative 5 star rating, I would have done due to having young adults that can't have a order place as customers request and having the order made fresh. Otherwise, I recommend that people should be choosy about going somewhere to get a good hot fresh meal that is known for very good food made."

Horrible people and even worse company forcefully trying to sell whopper (beef) on the name of impassible burger on app. Worst kind of misspelling trying to make people eat against their religious belief. We could afford to leave that food however that is very unfair

The man working at the drive-thru tonight was exceptional. After a tiring day, his warm smile and friendly attitude brightened my mood. My order was accurate, napkins were included, and the service was fast. Even though I was only there for a few minutes, I left feeling much happier. It's important to remember that small acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone's day. I want to express my gratitude to this employee and hope that management acknowledges his hard work.
