"Please change the hours posted on your door. They clearly state the drive thru is 24 hours and the lobby is open until 9PM, but when I walked in at 8:19PM I was turned around by an employee and told they are closed. I needed to use the restroom quickly then just wanted a drink, so I left and went elsewhere."

Took 10 minutes to take my order even though there was only one other car in drive-thru and an empty lobby. Wouldn't let me use my coupon from the app with a ton of attitude in her voice. If you hate your job so much maybe do something else.
