"The young person in charge wearing an orange sweatshirt has a very unpleasant attitude! All I wanted was for them to honor the coupon, but they refused because they would have to re-ring it. I became upset and tried to reorder with the coupon, but they would not remake my food. I ended up swearing at them out of frustration. This whole situation could have been avoided if they had just honored the coupon by re-ringing it. Customer service is terrible, and the fact that kids are running the restaurant makes it better to just stay home and cook! Overall rating: Food - 1, Service - 1, Atmosphere - 1."

Worst BK of all time. Was good when they first opened. Now they could care less. Can't get orders right, rude, and food is practically thrown at you. Even by fast food standards, this place is in a horrible league of its own!

There were only 3 cars at 11:30 am when I visited the restaurant. I was disappointed to find out that they were out of fries. I thought the fryers were on a timer? It should not be that difficult of a task. Customers pay a high price for takeout food and it is unacceptable to serve uncooked food. The staff should take more pride in their work. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.

So I just moved here and I go to this Burger King cuz I?m used to Burger King. However I pull in the drive through I open my app but it?s not loading..this guy gets on the over-com asking is everything okay out there and I explained that the app wasn?tloading this guy is like oh well I thing there?s people in the line. I?m like okay?.I?m trying to see what I want.I just droveoff. Anyway, I just won?t be going here again cuz I felt rushed and as a customer who wants to feel that way?
