"They have deals displayed on their menu and street sign. They said they didn 't have them anymore and charged my boyfriend and I 3x the expected price. An employee yelled inappropriately at another employee while taking our order, left, and came back after a few minutes. They charged us, and then made us wait 45 minutes to get our food. They told us it would take a while because they only had 2 employees. While waiting, I literally saw 6 different employees in there, mostly going in and out of the bathroom, walking around in circles around the restaurant, or messing with each other. this is a fantastic neighboring bar with a large number of regular who like the relaxed atmosphere. everyone is pleasant, the bartenders are excellent, and there is a cup club. the wings have a lot of oomphe. in addition, the terrace is beautiful. I am very pleased that I came across this place.

I was in your drive thru for 25 minutes waiting on a online order I had placed. When I finally received the order. I was missing a sandwich, fries were cold. Only thing that wasn't disappointing was the ice cream. It's remarkable how I place an online order. Takes me 15 minutes to get to the store and then another 25 in line and couldn't put a simple sandwich in the bag.

Head manager treats her employees like children. I see one woman getting orders out, stocking and making every customer happy. But that doesnt seem to be in the head manager's agenda. She lets her employees speak however they like to the customers. It used to be pleasant. Now that pleasantry is gone. Except for one employee who does her best reguardless of whats going on around her.
