"Went to Waynesboro to visit antique shops. Burke Perk was recommended by a local antique shop owner, and her recommendation was great! I enjoyed The Club with fries and my husband ordered The Classic Clucker sandwich with fries. My club sandwich was enough for 2 people and came with a generous amount of fries. My husband dove right into his sandwich, and it was all gone before I could take a picture. Service was great considering that today was high school graduation and the majority of the staff was off due to that event. Great atmosphere, nicely decorated and super friendly staff. This place is so bad I tried to walk in and no one was there to take my order. The door was locked so I could get my order BUT NO ONE WAS THERE. Thank you Sincerely, dat white boy

This is a cute restaurant in town. It has a wide variety of items on the menu. Loved the atmosphere and staff. Super friendly and very helpful. The food was average. Some items were great like the Waffle fries with hot sauce, cheese, and chicken. I would go back for that alone!!! I got the lunch Buffet which is a great deal. The fried fish, cheese grits, and broccoli were amazing. However, there were some just ok foods like the cowboy fries. I've had better. The hush puppies were just ok very thick. Other items tried were just ok. Would I come back yes. You just have to know what's good. They'll be some winners and losers, but worth the try. It's a clean friendly place to eat in the country.

"I ordered the hibachi steak dinner around 3 pm today. I tried eating but I just can't. My fried rice and steak (which was supposed to be medium-rare) were overcooked. My steak was well done. And my vegetables were undercooked. Not to mention I paid an extra 2 dollars for extra mushrooms and got none with my food. I usually love this place for my food and excuse the overcooked steak as it usually is overlooked because the rest tastes fine. But today was horrible and if I didn't need to be at work soon I would have gone back and asked for a refund. I'm very disappointed."

"We were very happy with our meals here. I had a coconut curry with tofu and it was one of the best I have ever had. we also had the portabello mushroom with artichokes and parsnip puree. yummy. the service was fantastic and the restaurant was cozy in an historic building downtown. we drove 50 minutes to get there a difference it was worth it."

"We are new in the area and were stopped by some of the elements on the menu and for lunch on Christmas Eve. That was a very good decision. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the brunch menu was full of stuff I would like to have ordered. I ordered the regular menu a shrimp chorizo burger with onion rings, and my wife ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich from the Brunch menu. Both sandwiches were excellent. The Monte Cristo was perfectly deep roasted golden brown with exactly the right melting quality. It was so big, we could have shared it and was okay. The shrimp chorizo Burger was exactly what I was hoping it would be. The chorizo Patty was crispy, a little salty and had a little heat. It was covered with small, whole spiced shrimp and finished with a small cream cheese, salad and tomatoes. It was decadent, spicy and creamy at once. The tempura broken onion rings were also perfectly cooked, but desperately need salt, which is best used directly from the fryer, unlike the table. The only ones, and I just think smaller glitters were very slow food service (which I write to the holiday) and a too cold design coming from the doorstep. The restaurant would benefit very much from a small vestibule on the door to keep the cold air from browsing through the dining room when someone enters or exits. Overall we were very happy to find really good food and friendly service in our new backyard!"
