It's to be really good burritos and other Mexican food, now it's just ok and overpriced.

The service was fast and the prices low $2.90 per taco) so my expectations of the quality wasn't that high. But I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious and sizeable they were! I actually compared their tacos with a nearby competitor and it simply wasn't a competition. Cactus Taqueria #4 is numero uno!
