"Went there again for a long time and were very disappointed. We had to wait forever until we were served. Although the waiters even stood next to our table several times, we were not asked what we would like. The waitress (black gloves) who finally served us was visibly stressed and completely overwhelmed by the well-filled dining room. In between she received support from the buffet and a nice waiter. She wouldn't have made it otherwise. We were already thinking about leaving the restaurant after more than 20 minutes when we were asked what we would like. It was like that for a lot of people.
