"My friends and I decided on Josefina's after reading a short article recommending it to those of us forced to keep a gluten-free diet. We arrived there and had to wait for an outside table to free up that would accommodate the three of us...and our dog, Hugo. Not an issue. The real issue came when the rather surly owner came to get take our order. The exchange happened as follows: Friend One: I'll take a croissant and marmalade, please Friend Two: I'll have the omelette, please Me: I'll have the Josefina Teller with gluten-free bread, please Owner, presumably Josefina: We don't have gluten-free bread Me: Oh, alright! I guess just an omelette Owner, to Friend One: The croissant isn't gluten-...

"my man and I were in a few for a family birthday party. we had some time for us and took public transportation to visit schloss nymphenburg, which was a wonderful excursion also on a windy, wintery afternoon. not quite ready to return to the house...we googled Italian restaurants near me. the one we visited first did not take any plastic. the second location was solo italia. it was a Friday night and the place jumped around 19 o'clock. we didn't even think we were making a reservation, and everyone was taken table. no problem, we could order the cash. it followed several hours of relaxation, delicious eating, weeping and atmosphere. we ordered the green salads that are large, fresh, and most welcome after days very little green on our tellers. pasta bolognese and spaghetti carbonara were excellent. we did not try out the pizzas, although they looked fantastic (and they produced, kept all waiting workers and our bar-tenders very busy to mante the many.) solo italia is a place that prices were much less than the fancier sites round, but the quality of the food was comparable. it was simply a funny, bouncing place. a scream from our barkeeper maurice d. he was very busy with the drinks orders, the semi-trailer pizza and in the regular good work. he still managed to be polite and attentive that we were sitting on his bar. very professional and personal. if they are on the look for a great Italian place outside the Munich city center (but easily reached by tram 25) try solo italia, they have a great time!"
