"Ordered fire grilled chicken burrito but received a steak burrito. I had it delivered via DoorDash. I had to take it to the store to get what I actually ordered. The manager said they would remake it. When I got in line to replace my order, the manager came over and said they had already remade it in the back. I took the food and through it in the trash. If I can’t see it remade then I’m not going to eat it. I could not understand why they needed to make it off to the side. What is the secret? Not going back to this location. Worst service ever."

ordered online and called in asked for shredded cheese to be added to my nachos with the queaso since i couldn't do both they reassure me and said they will get it right

Smallest burrito ever!!! Would have gotten more food from a crisp bean burrito from Taco time. What little bit of food I did get was all rice and beans. I found one clump of meat and I wish I was exaggerating. I will NEVER go back!!! Save yourself the heartache and go to a different location. Must be a franchise and the employees must be trained in how to stretch food cost.
