"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY!!!!. Make sure you check your order because your sandwich and all four straws may be missing like what happened to me today. Even more, it was my daughter 's sandwich that was the only non-spicy one, so I can 't give her any of theother three that were spicy. I didn 't check the order when I was there because I 'll NEVER imagine to miss a whole sandwich fromthe order.... all the straws were missing too, but this happened to me before as well. When I called and asked them to deliverto me the missing sandwich because my daughter was starving, they told me that they don 't deliver to my location which is a liebecause I order from home before and they delivered it. I 've been nothing but a great customer to them delivering from theirapp, but after today, I 'll think twice if I want to order again. "NOT LET THE LOCATION FOOL YOU!!! Yes, it is in a convenience/gas store But the food here is AWESOME. You have drawn some of the best pork, ribs, sides and dessert (even a solid and try the Blackberry Cobbler) in Metro Atlanta. The food is just the beginning. The people who work here were always kind and working to serve exactly what you ordered. It is obvious that management places a high priority both on the quality of food and on customer service. Note: After ordering, you must pay in the Convenience Store Register. Also the people (they are a family affair) in this register are very nice and always had a friendly word for every customer. The Tipsy Pig does it right. If you are in the mood for big BBQ and sides, this place is definitely worth a standout and a visit."

We’ve been enjoying Fratelli’s for several years now but during our latest visit, we had been double charged on our credit card. Long story short, my husband and I were very disappointed in how the owner handled this issue. He never apologized and we finally had to call our credit card company to dispute the charge.
