"I order the Crispy Shrimp Platter most times which is usually very good but today's was absolutely terrible. The shrimp were extremely overcooked and the fries had been fried twice. I think since I ordered after the lunch rush (around 2:30pm) that I got reheated leftovers. I spoke with Crystal the manager on duty who apologized and she offered another meal on my next visit, but I declined. I just want them to do the right thing all day, every day.Their standards are slipping which is pretty sad because I used to visit pretty often but I don't know what I'm going to get now a days."

When we arrived there, this place is waiting. They had some chairs at the bar. When we asked if we wanted to sit there, we said perfect. The bar was polite and very busy. The games were up, and the bar was full. The waiting staff was also nice and friendly. We had the shrimp cup and steak tacos and the whole food came out quickly and was really delicious. We will come back

I ordered a cheeseburger, and asked for it to be med. After 30 min we finally got our order. My burger was well done, and I had them redo it. That took another 20 min, and I told them that I was not paying for it and to give me a to go box. Took it back home to eat and took a bite and it was almost raw.
