"Monte Cristo Mmmmm!. This place kinda surprised me... I saw a lot of Srs and wasnt sure what the menu would be. I was impressed! The menu really varies and we have had everything from steak to fish, salad, soup, meatloaf, and incredible desserts! My favorite is the Monte Cristo! Unlike a nearby Irish resturant chain, this Monte Cristo was fresh, NOT deep fried and greasy and was served with a delicious homemade raspberry sauce! I have also had the reuben very good."

AMAZING!. My family and I are at Carols at least once a month! The food is spectacular!! Just about everything is homemade!! Their service is wonderful as well!! Try a hot chocolate, homemade marshmallows!!!
