The employees bend over backwards to help the customers, but the owners, Ming and Quina, are horrible to their employees and overwork them, giving them barely any training and punishing them, shaming them in front of customers. The staff was friendly and polite, the restaurant was clean, and the ice cream was just as delicious as I remembered from my childhood. There were many great choices, all of which were fresh and delicious.

This restaurant is always a great choice! As a resident of North Carolina, I can't find Carvel ice cream anymore. Whenever I'm in New York, it's a must-visit spot for me. I especially love the chocolate flavor and their Wednesday BOGO sundaes deal. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and refreshing. In summary, I highly recommend it!
