"Best Mexican food I ate in a LONG. I've tried some in the last few months and that's THE BEST. The Queso is amazingly delicious creamy, beautiful salty balance. It's fantastic. You can try everything. I love Cilantro and that was the best to taste notes of Cilantro with the rest of the ingredients.... The balance of salt and taste is wonderful. The chips were crispy and not excessively oily. The tortillas were soft and kept soft during our meal. Every piece of food tasted good. Everything was what it should be. Decent food at a fair price. I suggest the monday special which is fajitas. I am not a fan of tomatoes in my fajitas so I have them hold those out and add jalapeno.

Not only was it part of the best service I had in some time, it was some of the best food I had in some time. It is absolutely worth the mile or so you need to drive South from 1-40 to come here. From the freshly made tortillas to the Phalanx of the vegetables that comes with the veggie fajitas to the Margarita, everything was top notch!
