"We were fascinated to taste this new restaurant and stop on a Saturday night. Fortunately, there was a table open as we came in and we sat right away. Evan was our waiter and he was excellent, he knew the drinks well and the local things they were named after. He was also familiar with all the courts and easily answered our questions. We started with cocktails from a beautiful selection and shared the conch, clam and character frit, they came with a delicious diving sauce. We chose the Cedar Paella for two as our entree and it was amazing! The presentation was excellent and cooked for perfection. This is a small space, but it is sometimes quite loud and would benefit from some sounds to abs...

We had a family dinner last night. A good mix of apps, duck and sandwiches to choose. We really enjoyed the food. I personally recommend the BLT and the salmon dive! The service was also good. They were very busy so that at peak times expect to wait. We called our order and the staff stood before the waiting period, which was really helpful.

Well, there are not enough positive things I can say about CEDAR land and sea kitchen! The menu is extremely varied1 The staff is only so excited that every customer is satisfied with his order! The food is excellent and quite expensive for the quality and servings! As a big fan of local places and not crazy about chains... CEDAR fits the bill. You cannot miss this special “find”!!!

This place is the best secret in the Bethany Beach area. We were in the past for Dine and lead during COVID and every time we are met with a friendly and accommodating staff. Tonight we collected a meal, all meats were perfectly cooked to temperature and everything was delicious. Fried green tomatoes, best appetizer, NY strips, salmon, everything! Not to mention the 3R Margarita and Zeder Cosmo!
